OUR STORY

In 2020, we made the decision to move from Lakewood, OH (near Cleveland) in order to pursue our dream of living closer to nature and hosting holistic health and fitness retreats. With decades of experience in healthcare, wellness education, fitness training, yoga, and massage, we were determined to share our love of nature and passion for healthy living with others.

After an extensive search, we finally found the perfect land to build our home and launch Hidden Lake Retreats. Truly a labor of love, we take pride in caring for the land and we couldn't be happier to share it with others. We find great satisfaction in being able to assist others in enhancing their health and wellness while sharing in the happiness that we have found.
